Notify Me message You need to login first

When a product is out of stock and a non-registered customer presses the notify me button after adding his email address the following message shows:
Notify Me! succesfully saved
You need to login first

The email address gets saved in the database, but the customer is routed to the home page instead of back to the product details page

Is it possible to save notifications for non-registered user without showing this warning ? (except for a language override).
