Modify Cart Page Content?

Hello,

Joomla 2.5.6
Virtuemart 2.0.10

     Forgive me if there is already a post somewhere here on this topic.  I viewed a few with similar titles but not giving me usable information.  To me this would seem to be a simple question for all the gurus out there.  I am trying to find the location of the correct file to modify "wording" I would like to add on this page something like "Please make sure you update your billing address/ship to address in order to view appropriate shipment methods".  Screenshot is provided below.  Basically need to find out how to add my own content to the cart page.

I figured it out on my own thanks to no help from anyone, so for that.....I will not post solution.
