Virtuemart 2.0.12f and Linkpoint?

I have First Data Global Gateway (linkpoint) and my account supports the API. I downloaded lphp.php and took a look at the Standard Virtuemart Payment Plugin. I see it is using a XML file, but I not 100% sure how to setup a XML for linkpoint. I know have to provide the file path for the PEM, store number, etc... just not sure how to do that in the XML file. If anyone has any knowledge on this, that would be great. I have setup linkpoint for Virtuemart 1.0 and I reread the guide (http://www.joomlahackers.net/virtuemart-tutorials/linkpoint-payment-processor-setup-guide-for-virtuemart.html) but its totally different for Virtuemart 2.0.

Not looking to purchase something. I was able to setup the XML (at least I think).

Now the part I am missing is how do I get the XML to line up with the PHP file? I was looking through lphp.php and for example I saw

So I guess that would be where I would path to the PEM file? Is this even in the right direction?
