Error 500 while user registration

Hi all,

Since today i have a problem that when a user register via http://test.onobo.nl/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=myaccount&Itemid=405 an error 500 is displayed. I have searched the internet and this forum but i can't find any solution. I have enabled debug mode in Joomla and i see some error (but i don't know the meaning of it)...

Can anybody help me with this issue? I am starring me blind on it. I have also the same error in the last step of check out the cart. But hopefully when we solve this issue that is either gone...

Maybe good to notice that this problem isn't there on my local installation (difference in PHP)...
