Custom field links

I know we can add a Tooltip to a custom field. But is there a way to add a link on the custom field text somehow? I would like to provide additional information on one of the custom fields, so I would have to link to another page.

If you look at the screenshot, I would like to have a link on the word "Medium" to explain the different options.

I'm using Joomla! 2.5.6 and VM 2.0.10
