after payment via MultisafePay a blanc screen appears

I use VM 2.0.8.d and joomla 2.5.6

Also i use the component Shipment for Virtual Products of Virtuemart extensions and one page checkout from Rupostel.

The downloadlink of Rupostel works in good order if i use VM-payment-standard as payment method.

We have installed Multisafepay for VM 2.0.x and now following problem:

All works fine: confirming order and choosing payment method. After that you see the pop-up of multisafepay and you can do your online payment. After payment instead of returning to the virtuemart shop, you see a complete blank screen. Also no download link is sent to the customer.

Could you please advise how to solve this problem?
We really would like that after payment, the customer goes back to the shop with a "thankyou" message and that the download link has been mailed to the customer immediately after payment.

In my case it was very complex as four different components had to work together: OnepageCheckout (ruposTel), Multisafepay, direct download of Virtuemart en Virtuemart itself.

Very complex with a lot of problems including this one. All solved with help of the service-desks of the concerning components.
