Assigning Virtuemart Product Categories to main menu components

Hey guys, I'm new to Virtuemart.  I may have posted this in the wrong section but forgive me if I do since I posted this shortly before I had to leave.  I've already setup Joomla and Virtuemart on my domain.  I have set up a couple of products and linked them to their respective product categories.  My question is, how do I link those product categories to their respective menu model.  I have looked everywhere in Virtuemart, trying to find a url so I can link them but I can't seem to find any.

Take for example in the picture below, I have setup product categories in virtuemart for each menu option (Moisturizers, Cleansers, etc.)  and their products, now how can I link the product categories to the main menu components (so the Moisturizer's product category to the Moisturizer's menu button).



Apologizes if this way considered a stupid question.

Choose VM Single category as menu-item type and fill in the ID of the category you want to link it to.

Or:

Temporarily install module Virtuemart Categories, visit your categories, copy the url from your browser, paste it in the menus you created and uninstall module VirtueMart Categories.
