Shipping address not saved in customer profile.

Hi guys.
Im using joomla 2.5.4 Vm 2.0.4
Everything seems to be ok when customer chooses to add a shipping address that is different from Billing Address when placing an order.
When he/she comes back to the website again and logges in Shipping address is not stored in customers profile.
I think its quiet annoying from customers point of view: as to add shipping address every time to place an order is very irritating.
Also when Im trying to Add Shipping address from Back End of VM - there is no option to do so- buttons are not working.
Any recommendations? Anyone has the same issue or managed to get this fixed?

Thanks a lot for a link but it still does not seem to fix the problem.
I used older versions of virtuemart and had so much issues with them - tought would switch to different system but again vm2 was recommended for a new store by Company that is developing our website- Project that was supposed to last 1 month is taking 3 months (still not finished) due to the issues we had . I still can not imagine how vm can be released when so many thing are broken or missing.
Why those are not getting fixed??? I would be more then happy to donate but I need to be sure everything is working fine.

I have quite a similar issue.
Customers can add shipping address when they are in the cart, the address will be saved.
But if the create a new address from their user profile, the address is saved but not displayed in the cart.

I think it just does not load correctly the saved address in the default_pricelist.

Any idea why it could correct this ?

I'm looking into the user file because in the profile the addresses show up correctly but I cannot fund out how they are loaded
