shopper field locked

Hello,

I would like to create my own register but some shopper fields are locked. It says "user field from joomla core" ?


How can i unlocked them ?

The Joomla registration is the same for VM 2. When you say create your own what exactly do you mean ? You can add new fields for say a 2nd fax number  or a "where did you hear about us" .  When you register in joomla - then the customer is registered in VM.

user name - the actual word is spread throughout the same language folder that I just sent you - re the other post - but "user name" the actual code word is part of the Joomal core - it allows emails, people to login, also find lost passwords, to become a user in joomla, to become part of VM. the user would have no access to the core- .

* if you don't want people to become part of your site and just be guests . You can turn off all those settings. People can buy from a shop without registering. To see if someone can register without a username - I think you might need to go to the joomla forums.
