Help with understanding the login on the home page what are the functions

I am interested in a template that has a login.  I found it on www.templatmonster.com the template number is 32184 the link is http://www.templatemonster.com/demo/32184.html  I need to know the function of the login or where to go to read up on it templatemonster could not help.

I'm not sure if I understand correctly. YOu want a login on your page? Then you can use whichever template you want since login is a module/plugin that you can add in whichever position you like.
If I am off topic, then please specify a bit more of what are you trying to accomplish.
