Custom fields are a mess (lines overlapping each other)

I'm trying to set up a simple shop with boxes. I need them to be in different options with different prices so I created custom field (string, cart attribute, list) but the text and radio buttons are completely messed up. I tried different templates and in some they appear in one line but that's still not correct. Can you help me?
