Message on Checkout Page

Hello,

on the last page during checkout, there are to message displayed:
1. ¡Gracias por su compra!  Where can I change this message

2. The payment info of the selected payment method. I would like to html format that message, o give it a "nicer look". In my case there now lines or paragraph respected.
