Additional Images Help

Hi there,

Having major trouble with adding additional images to my products on a website I'm working on for a family member. They upload fine but when I look at the 'product details' page the image is much too big. Because of it's size it also overlaps onto the cart information. I have tried re-sizing the image so that it looks like a thumbnail on the page, but then the image is thumbnail sized when clicked.
Can't figure it out, so any help is appreciated - The more simple the better as I'm still getting my head around the whole joomla/virtuemart thing.
