How to enter these data? Please take a look..

I have to setup shop with products which will always display this information:
Dimensions: AA x BB x CC
Material: Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet
Finish: Nulla tempus metus sed leo adipiscing dignissim

Ok this is my though:
Dimensions - I can enter in tab named "Dimensions and Size" or create Custom Fields.
Material and Finish - I don't know how to enter these fields. Is it better to enter them in product description, or to enter them via Custom Fields?

You can use custom fields for all.

Just create a custom field for each one of those features. This way you can filter your products if you like
