Out of Stock Text "Notify Me"

Where is the text "Notify Me" defined when an item is out of stock? I would like to change it to say "Email me when product is back in stock"?

I would also like the notification to only show for child objects. I am using Generic Child Variants and I have stock set to 0 for parents since you can't order them. I don't want the Notify me text to show for them either as it might cause confusion that the entire item is out of stock.

I found that the text is set here language/eg-GB/en-GB.com_virtuemart.ini

Now if I can just turn it off on the the parent item since you can't order the parent and it might cause confusion having the notify me text on there.
