Admin panel product collums.

Hello,

I have 2 questions. After searching the forum and google for hours..

1: if i try to filter the stock page under the products, i never get any result. View image. How can i fix this?
2: i want to modify the columns in the product view. See image. I want to remove reviews, and add the stock level. How can i do this?
