VM2 uses Mootools or jQuery?

I noticed that there is always loaded two JS-libraries - Mootools and jQuery. This is too much and negatively affects the speed of page loads. Plus, we often have compatibility problems. For example, facebox - jQuery plugin, but if you turn off Mootools on the site, Facebox will not work. Why is it so?
I would be happy (I think many people will support me), if VM2 will be given to the use of only one library. I vote for jQuery.

Mootools is loaded by joomla by default. VM uses JQuery thats why they are both loaded.

In my opinion it is reduntant to load JQuery by Virtuemart as all the functionalities that VM uses are covered also by mootools.
