Ask a question box styling help needed

The "Ask a Question" pop up box is very difficult to read due to the styling applied.  I was wondering if there is a way to change it without changing the my main template style sheet.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated since I could not find anything directly in the forums through the search function.

Attached is an image that showcases how horrible it looks right now.

You can change styles in Virtuemart css file.
