Re order text fields in shopper additional information area

I am working with VirtueMart v 2.0.6 at my practice website http://backup.elhirsch.net .  On the form for additional information, I'd prefer the field order to be:
Address 1
Address 2
City
State/Province/Region
Zip/Postal Code
Country

I've attached a snip of the existing order.  Is there any place within VirtueMart to rearrange the field order?

I started by rearranging the city, state zip and country as follows:

City-16
State-17
Zip-18
Country-19

Follow the instructions I've quoted to change the field order.  The only issue I've had so far is that putting the four fields in this order affects other fields like the phone field.  I think you may need to reorder ALL the fields into the order you want. I haven't tried this yet.  When I do I will reply.

Thank you very much for your reply.  It took me a bit of time, but I finally got it to work!  Watching the video helped, too.  As you suggested, other fields did shift a bit on me.
