facebox got a very strange layout

I am using 2.0.7 a/b and facebox got a very strange layout .. And there is no Tooltip or Alt Text with the message: "Close". And I am using the Default VM Template. It's possible to change (or remove) all facebox and change to the better shadowbox popup... by default ?

for example i've reported here some facebox layout problems that i dont like in Point number 10
