+Update problem!!

I try to update to 2.06 version using Joomla extension installer. but message said:There was an error uploading this file to the server.
Tryed many times. file is not zipped, it's RAR file inside package, I change to zip. Also I try to install Rar file, too. result was same. What;s the problem? How to do?
