Virtuemart Bug: Required “Select” field not working

I found this bug when i make my client website. If you add new user field with "select" type, and you choose "yes" in required form, then user must select one of the option to go through.

If none choose it, warning notice should appear and user must select it.

But i think everyone face same problem: no warning, and user still can go through even he/she not select anything.

How to rectify it.
