Feature Request: When shop is serving only 1 country Why to show dropdown?

my shop serve only in 1 country, then why to bother the buyer to select a country from the dropdown even when there is only 1 option!

My suggestion is to show the country name directly and bydefault fetch the states for that country for selection.
i think the same approach is implemented for the shipping methods when there is only 1 shipping method.
