No Migration in 2.0.6 possible

Hi,

I used jupgrade to reach Joomla 2.5. Then installed VM 2.0.6 (still in the jupgrade-version). The demo-shop works well (but Joomla SEO had to be turned off).

Now I want to migrate my old 1.1.9 VM. BUT in the Migration tools window there is no button to start the progress. All Text-items are there but no "Save" or "Start" button.
