VM2 issues after new 2.0.4 patch

I am having some issues after patching my VM to the newest version and wanted to see if anyone had any idea whats going on.

Two things:

The add to cart button doesn't show the popup anymore after clicking.

After confirming the order the details of the order page comes up but there are these errors that show up... furthermore the invoice never gets sent out.    If anyone could help that would be great - Thank you!
