Create new field in add Product page at admin side and save it in database.

Hi,

I want to add new field on product image page from administrator side.
When i click on save also want to add that value in database.

Please see Image which field i want to add..

Can any one tell me how to do this?
How to create new field in product image tab and add it's value in database ?
