No payment as gast.

Hi,
In the VM configuration the settings are made to:
Enable Automatic Selected Shipment?  yes
Enable Automatic Selected Payment? yes
I put a product in my cart. Go to the cart. There is no shipment and no payment set.
When I follow the link shipment, this message shows up "We are sorry, no shipment method matches the characteristics of your order."
When I push to payment butten happens the same.

What to do?

thats because your payment and shippingmethods are set to a shopper group, country etc.

UNSELECT those

OR: it will only appear when you fill in the address

I do settings as your advice, but seem that the error message still exist.
Is there anything wrong?

from menu payment methods, paypal, configuration tab, countries field , remove any options (like United States) and it solved the problem for me, now I wonder if there is another way to keep other country from ordering I need to check.
