Setting up PayPal Pro Checkout

We are on Virtuemart version 4.0.8 10748 and do not see a PayPal Pro option in the dropdown for creating a new payment method. From this post https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=149100.msg532226#msg532226, it should be bundled with VM and called "Website Payments Pro", but we don't see it at all. Is there something we are missing? A plugin perhaps?
