Problem with Product ordering in some categories of the website

Hello, I have problem with product ordering in few categories, not all. I checked the categories which are with this problem for settings, but they are as others, nothing special. The problem is that we want custom ordering, but the system makes some other ordering which I can't understand. In other categories is working fine, just in few not working and doing strange order for the products.

When I order the products how I like to be and save the order, the system not take this and doing strange order. Please, see the video.
