Parent category not loading template

Joomla 3.4.8
VM 3.0.14

Having upgraded to VM 3.0.14 my template doesn't seem to load correctly on different levels of category.

The shop homepage loads fine:
https://www.britishcurlingsupplies.co.uk/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=virtuemart&productsublayout=0&Itemid=153

The shop category browse page loads fine:
https://www.britishcurlingsupplies.co.uk/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=42&Itemid=153

BUT if you try to open a category up that has sub-categories, it doesn't load the template:
https://www.britishcurlingsupplies.co.uk/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=category&virtuemart_category_id=15&Itemid=153

Looks like a PHP error. Enable error reporting in VM configuration.

Thank you, doing so provides this error

Fatal error: Class 'VmHtml' not found in /home/sites/britishcurlingsupplies.co.uk/public_html/administrator/components/com_virtuemart/helpers/vmpagination.php on line 211

I then googled this error and found the solution here:
