Order status description shown in html email

Hello,
as title says i wanted to ask if its possible to make that order status description would be shown in email, sent to shoppers.

Anyone? Maybe mods could move this to commercial, because im willing to pay for that. Im familiar with the html/css, but when it comes to php, my knowledge about it ends with <?php echo ?> Maybe its possible to create new function, for example like <?php echo $this->orderDetails['details']['BT']->order_status_name; ?>, so it would output description as all other information?
