cart no update if i click on checkbox

Good morning, my webpage all work fine until you get in the cart, there if i change address method or payment method system no reload page also if i check the terms and conditions checkbox system no reload page, the page reload with the confirm button and after this  no create an order it stay updating the cart page, if anyone can help me
