Categories Emptying Themselves

Hello everyone,

I am having an odd problem with the categories on a VM store.

I'm running VM 3.0.8 and Joomla 3.4.1.

I've just been going through adding products to categories, using the 'Bulk Associate' button. After each update, I refresh the 'Category view' page on the frontend of the site and the products are displaying. However, I've then been updating other categories, adding products in the exactly the same way. I've just gone back to one of the first categories that I updated and the category is empty.

I can't understand what's going on. It's as if by updating one category, it removes all products from every other category except the one I've just updated.

Any ideas?  :0(

Hi,

if you try to bulk associate a product that is currently in category 1 to categories 2 and 3 then it will be removed from category 1 if you dont select also this one while bulk associating.

That's a real pain. I think most people would expect VM to only add a product to categories and not unlink it with categories that it has already been added to?
