product pricing issue

Hi guys,

When creating a new product tax is selected by default on "apply no rules" and the discount is by default on "apply generic rules" (see image 1)
I want to set that by default tax will be set on "apply default rules" and discount will be set to "apply no rules".
how can I achieve this?
Running Joomla 3.4.0 and VM 3.0.4
