Don't make order, products disappears from cart

Hi. Some people can not make a order. They click on button 'MAKE ORDER' in cart and nothing happen. Also products disappears from cart. This is problen happens not all. Complaints send regularly. Help me at this question, please. I lose clients and profit. Thanks.

This looks like a commercial template and this means that You should first speak to the developer of the template.

i see /component/virtuemart/cart?Itemid=0, this mean you dont added a hidden link fo main shop page and perhaps cart page.
In some case this get some troubles
