Need help changing text color of countries in drop down menu during checkout

Hi,

During user registration in the checkout, the dropdown menu for countries is white with white background and not visible. How do I change the text color? Also the Name, SKU, Price, Quantity and Total titles are white text on white background and cannot be seen. How do I change those text colors too?
