Hi Sir,
       how to update virtuemart upgrading from 2.0.20b to 2.6.6 in joomla 2.5.28
      please step by step tell me..

Take a backup and test run an upgrade to 3.0.2 on the backup system

DO NOT DO STRAIGHT TO LIVE!

Then do a walkthrough of your site to ensure all is still ok for you (backend and frontend)

If you do not have a test site to do this on - then learn how to set one up for this and future testing.

there is no step by step - as Hutson says  - do it on a COPY of your site
then install the two packages in the http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/879/com_virtuemart.2.6.14_extract_first.zip via the normal Joomla installer

that's it - if you are using a 3rd party template check fully your checkout etc

p.s. why 2.6.6? the latest is 2.6.14

If you do not have the knowledge to do this simple task - then you should get someone who is more knowledgeable to assist you.
