error messages in VirtueMart 2.9.8

Hi,

I added some products to the VirtueMart cart, then register and checkout, and I get this error message:

1054 - Unknown column 'usertype' in 'where clause' SQL=SELECT name, email, sendEmail FROM s9fsi_users WHERE LOWER( usertype ) = "super administrator"

Moreover, when I checkout as Guest, choose paypal as a payment method, and confirm the purchase, I get his error message:

1146 - Table 'u162555278_db.s9fsi_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal' doesn't exist SQL=SELECT * FROM `s9fsi_virtuemart_payment_plg_paypal` WHERE `virtuemart_order_id` = 1

what can I do?
