Banner in the basket and problem on the price

hello everyone, I have a small problem inserting a banner in the file cart.php. Should I put a banner warning that it works ok, but probably the code I'm inserting or is wrong or is inserted in a wrong row of the file cart.php. In fact, if I insert the code to display the banner, when I press the Add to Cart button do not see the animation in javascript.
