Joomla modules not displaying on product detail and list pages (breadcrumbs)

Hello,

I have a login/out button allocated to my breadcrumbs position. As I get deeper into Virtuemart joomla modules stop appearing (e.g. my button in the breadcrumbs position)

(Scenario)
When I arrive at the default Virtuemart category layout all modules are displaying fine.
Open category and display the list view - modules are displayed
- when I go to product details the modules no longer appear
- when I add to cart and then select `continue shopping' - the modules do not display on subsequent the list view

Yet I have not successfully been able to add the positions

Any advice would be appreciated.

Sounds like an issue with your menu assignments for the modules. Maybe use as described here http://www.kaizenmediaworks.com/virtuemart-template-and-module-control or http://www.metamodpro.com/ to give fine control as to when modules appear.
