How to change the content of the Terms of Service

Hi Everyone
I am new here ,

I just installed joomla 2.50 and installed VM as well

I have installed the sample data
Q1>I want to know where can i edit the content of terms of service which the users have to click before check out (see the image below)
Q2> And one last question , The invoice which is sent to the customer contains the details of the theme i want the details to be changed to my website name where to edit the content of the email sent ?

Yes You can change the content of the Terms of Service
Go to the joomla administrator Click Components Virtuemart on the left tabs click on shop->Shop going down you will see big text area for Terms Of Service..
Where you can change all these things
