How to add cancel url in paypa?

If some body cancel order at paypal page, he reture to very strante url

That is the correct URL. System must be notified that the order is cancelled. When user clicks on cancel, they go to this URL, which triggers a cancel event in VM.

how can we assing 2nd (not default tempalte) to this url
