Changing product view in specyfic category doesn't change it.

Is this me or everyone got problem with changing product-view in specific category? For example I have made new product details view and put it in global configuration all working good, but when I select specific category and choose my view for product details its always use global. Thanks in advance for any suggestions and answers.

You mean, the layout override per category is not working? do you mean the "Category Browse Page" or the "Default Product Details Page"

I am sorry, I wanted to check it out and got distracted. But I am also wondering very about this. There are no features in this areas, no changes. I remember that someone meant 3 weeks ago or so that it is not working. But it was configuration. It is in the view.html.php, so it should be template independed. Maybe you have some more information. joomla version, php version, and so on. Even more important is your template setting, your config setting and the one of the category and which view you are trying in the Frontend FE.
