Default country - No option to choose a default country

Hi
VM 2 looks good, but I guess at least half of all live sites with VM sell to 1 country only.
Please give us the option to set a default country so the country field can be hidden in registration/address forms.

This is also the only field which I can't sync with CB 1.8  with the autoaction plugin.
