Can this be done with VirtueMart?

Hi everyone

Is there a template or extension(s) which do the following:

About 20 different products, each product has 3 sizes (each size a different price, for example: size A $10.00, size B $15.00, size C $20.00)

After selecting a product and  size the customer has the option to add ingredients (up to 10 different ones). Ingredients have different prices and also cost more depending on product size selected.

Customer has the option of adding a comment to the order of each product he orders

Example:
Customer selects product #4, size B ($15.00), ingredients #7 ($2.00), #9 ($3.00) = amount added to cart is $20.00 and customer added the following comment: please remove price sticker from product
Customer selects product #9, size C ($20.00), ingredients #7 ($3.00), #5 ($4.00), #5 ($4.00), #2 ($2.00) = amount added to cart is $33.00
Total in cart: $53.00

I think that you can use child products for each size and assign custom fields to these child for the ingredients
