Error in VM 4 and J4 after try to link catery in menu

Hello, I need some help, I try to add menu item to the link of category, but meet this error:

500 - behavior::modal not found.

Can someone help me, I don`t have many installed external components, only RS Form, and 1 module.
Tried to disable them, but the error still stay.

Also try to check in Debug mode, but with no success.
