how to remove virtuamert alias from url

Hi

I have menu item Eshop (alias eshop) pointing to virtuemart homepage.

my url looks like aaa.com/eshop/category_name

but i dont want to have eshop in the url, i want to have aaa.com/category_name

how to do it?

you need a category item for your category

Set VirtueMart Homepage or VirtueMart Category your default menu item.

You need to create menu items for each of your top-level categories to remove VM front page menu alias from the URLs.
