Problem with variation of Child Products

Dear, I have problems with variations of my Subproducts / Child producst. I want to have:

Size S, M, L and for every Size color Red or Blue. I set up to Ramifications, one for Color and one for Size and added 6 Child Products, where I set up for every Size and Color.
