Checkout Process

Hi, hoping someone can help me.  I have a client who wants a shopping component but doesn't want to take payments online.  Is there a way that Virtuemart can just email an order to the administrator without going through the process of taking payment.  My client wants to take payment over the phone instead.  Many thanks for any help you can give to my question.
