templating page for single article

Hi all,
Is there a way to assign a template to the page that displays single article. I need to have a specific template for that page but can't find a way to assign my template the way I am doing it through the joomla 2.5 administrator.
I'm sure there is, I just can't put my finger on it. Thanks for helping.
